UAB EACC Mindfulness
Take a moment from your busy day to practice the art of mindfulness. EACC Counselors will lead two mindfulness sessions each week to assist you with achieving a state of alert and focused relaxation. Mindfulness has proven effective in reducing stress, decreasing anxiety and depression, and improving overall health and well-being. No equipment is necessary. Just find a quiet place and bring your mind.
